This policy explains in plain language how TVShow.com.tr handles personal data when you browse the service, create an account, track shows, join the community, or use optional features.
TVShow.com.tr is the independent community project responsible for the processing described here. For privacy and personal-data requests, email [email protected]. For general, legal, copyright, or content-removal matters, email [email protected].
This policy applies to the TVShow.com.tr website and the account, discovery, tracking, community, recommendation, notification, moderation, and support features offered through it. A third-party site that you choose to open follows its own privacy terms.
We receive data directly from you when you register, update your profile, track or discuss a show, send a report, or contact us. We also receive limited identity data from Google when you choose Google Sign-In, and technical data automatically when your browser communicates with the service. Optional analytics and advertising data is collected only according to your recorded choices.
If you choose Google Sign-In, Google provides your verified email address, name, a provider account identifier, and authentication information needed to create or access your TVShow account. We use this data only for account access, security, and account linking. TVShow generates a temporary username and asks you to choose your own; your Google profile photo is not imported. Disconnecting Google outside TVShow does not itself delete your TVShow account, which you may delete from account settings.
Profile privacy applies to your profile page and personal surfaces such as your diary, watch tracking, follows, badges, and profile statistics. Reviews, episode comments, likes, and lists that you deliberately publish as public contributions remain visible even if you later make your profile private; a public list likewise remains public until you change that list's visibility or delete it. Blocking controls may further limit visibility and interaction. Reports are visible only to authorized moderators; reporter identity and private moderator notes are not published. Content may be retained in a restricted form while a report or legal request is reviewed.
The TV assistant and AI-refined recommendation panel operate only after separate consent. Depending on the feature, a limited combination of your message, aggregate taste signals, bounded feedback, and catalog candidates may be sent to an AI service provider. We do not send your name, username, email address, social graph, or analytics identifier for recommendation generation. Withdrawing assistant consent stops new provider requests but does not automatically delete your account or previously stored conversations; those can be removed through account deletion.
Necessary cookies or local storage support sign-in, security, language, and saved preferences. Product analytics and advertising are separate optional choices that you can change later. Rejecting either category prevents TVShow from loading that optional category through its consent controls. Assistant consent and notification preferences are managed separately in their relevant product settings.
We use access controls, encrypted transport, protected credential handling, request limits, monitoring, and data-minimization measures appropriate to the service. No online system can promise absolute security; please contact us promptly if you believe your account or personal data is at risk.
Depending on applicable law, you may ask whether and how your data is processed, request access or a copy, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent authority. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing already performed lawfully. Send requests to [email protected]; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
TVShow is intended for people aged 13 or older. A user who has not reached the age at which they may validly agree to data processing or service terms in their country must use the service only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe a younger child has provided personal data.
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced through an appropriate in-product notice or available contact channel before they take effect where required. The date at the top identifies the current version.
